How do we start?
Following an initial consultation, sessions are usually held on a weekly basis. Coaching can be short or long term, depending on your circumstances and preferences.
I will help you clarify what you want to achieve and keep this as the focus. We work towards it together in an equal relationship of shared responsibility. While you focus on the ongoing changes you are making in your life, as your coach I will ensure that you are always steering towards your overall goals.
